Scope of Services

Heaters & Process Furnaces
We manufacture steel structures and casings for industrial heaters and process furnaces used to heat process fluids such as hydrocarbons, water, and steam. Our solutions include radiant and convection sections, structural casings, tube support systems, and auxiliary components.

All heater structures are designed and fabricated in accordance with applicable standards such as API 560 and ASME, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Furnace Casings & Shell Structures
We produce fully welded steel casings and shells that serve as the outer body of heaters, reactors, exchangers, and industrial systems. These structures are engineered for strength, airtightness, and resistance to high temperatures and pressure conditions.

Depending on project requirements, casings can be manufactured in cylindrical, rectangular, or custom geometries, including reinforcements, nozzles, and access points.

Ducting Systems & Gas Flow Components
Tureng manufactures industrial duct systems designed to transport air, flue gases, and process gases between equipment. These systems are used in combustion air supply, exhaust systems, and process gas handling applications.

Ducts can be produced in various configurations, including round or rectangular sections, and may incorporate insulation, expansion joints, dampers, and access systems depending on operational needs.

Stacks, Chimneys & Flue Systems
We design and fabricate welded steel stacks and chimneys for the safe discharge of combustion gases. These systems are engineered for durability, environmental resistance, and structural stability.

Our scope includes self-supported or guyed structures, complete with platforms, ladders, and maintenance access systems.

Custom Fabricated Steel Components
In addition to standard equipment, we manufacture custom-designed steel components such as transition pieces, support structures, skids, modular frames, and equipment housings. All components are tailored to project-specific requirements and integrated into the overall system design.

Materials & Fabrication
